Gary is a licensed Real Estate Agent with over 25 years broad expertise in all aspects of property but with a primary focus on residential property development and project management.
He holds a unique position within the residential industry – where he can combine his past experiences in numerous small to medium sized property developments, with his knowledge gained through his Bachelor Degree in Real Property Valuation to form a deeply comprehensive understanding of what makes a successful residential project.
These skills help in determining a development site’s potential value and viability as a project and allow him to provide site and product specific guidance to clients – reducing the associated risk, and giving the information and timely feedback necessary to make the most informed decision.
Having worked closely with countless sales teams and residential projects across Brisbane, Gary’s direction on price, design, target markets and marketing strategy based on these experiences is invaluable, as is his ability to be innovative and think outside the square – key attributes that will give your development a differential in the market place

James is a licensed real estate agent and member of RICS with a wealth of experience in the residential property sector, having worked in both the UK and Australia.
James started his career in advisory services including the valuation of development sites, feasibility studies, compulsory purchase and site acquisitions and disposals for local and national government and corporate clients.
James then shifted his focus more on residential sales; forging relationships with leading private developers and coordinating the sales and marketing of new-build investment and owner-occupied property. His background as a practising valuer and knowledge of the property development process was invaluable to developers advising them on pricing, product mix and marketing – key elements to minimising risk and delivering a successful project.
Since relocating to Brisbane, James has continued to build on his industry experience in areas such as development and project management, development site sales and project marketing. He brings significant industry experience, drive and enthusiasm to the team at Urban Insite.
