James is a licensed real estate agent and member of RICS with a wealth of experience in the residential property sector, having worked in both the UK and Australia.

James started his career in advisory services including the valuation of development sites, feasibility studies, compulsory purchase and site acquisitions and disposals for local and national government and corporate clients.

James then shifted his focus more on residential sales; forging relationships with leading private developers and coordinating the sales and marketing of new-build investment and owner-occupied property. His background as a practising valuer and knowledge of the property development process was invaluable to developers advising them on pricing, product mix and marketing – key elements to minimising risk and delivering a successful project.

Since relocating to Brisbane, James has continued to build on his industry experience in areas such as development and project management, development site sales and project marketing. He brings significant industry experience, drive and enthusiasm to the team at Urban Insite.
